kweli TV is Aiming to Change the Face of Streaming Services

Netflix and Hulu are the go to streaming sources for most people in the US and the world. It's the go to place for mainstream films and TV shows, but where do you go when you want to see films and television shows of the Black diaspora? Right now the options are slim, but kweli TV is looking to change that!

kweliTV is a streaming service like no other. It’s a network and app that offers documentaries, news programs, original docu-series, educational content and independent films of the global Black community that will be accessible through Smart TVs, Internet TV devices, tablets and smartphones and the computer—all on demand.
Currently the site is in its beta phase, but when it launches in December, it’ll be interesting to see what additional programming it will offer.
Unlike Netflix, the site also offers a range of subscription types, from yearly to pay-per-view rentals. So if you're in the market for a streaming service that caters to the Black experience all over the world, kweliTV may just be what you're looking for.
